The mums that John is arranging here are from his personal garden. Always a treat when something new is blooming - you even get a little bouquet next to your monitor sometimes! He's been arranging flowers since high school when he worked as a florist. He's provided his keen eye for arranging to many weddings and special events. And you'll see some of his creations captured in still life paintings that he's provided the subject matter for. His love of horticulture is evident in the NSG sculpture garden as well.
