We're so pleased that people are finding homes for our artwork, we've had a record number of sales for winter which is usually pretty slow for us. We rarely have historic works, but a collector brought this landscape to us to sell and the Alexis Compera, circa 1906, just found a new wall to hang on. We love art appreciators! #FunFactFriday Did you know Executive Director John Kinkade is our in-house florist? The mums that John is arranging here are from his personal garden. Always a treat when something new is blooming - you even get a little bouquet next to your monitor sometimes! He's been arranging flowers since high school when he worked as a florist. He's provided his keen eye for arranging to many weddings and special events. And you'll see some of his creations captured in still life paintings that he's provided the subject matter for. His love of horticulture is evident in the NSG sculpture garden as well. Booth Museum Collector’s Tour of Colorado

We had a wonderful time hosting lunch for the Booth Western Art Museum Collector’s Tour of Colorado. The group filled two 40-passenger buses with art appreciators from around the nation. We also had several of our artists meet with the collectors in the National Sculptors’ Guild sculpture garden. The tour included several Loveland artist studios and gardens. We were happy to give them some nourishment before their next artful stop. As you can see we lucked out with a beautiful Colorado Fall day. Larimer County has a Mask Mandate in place...
The order requires mask-wearing in all public indoor spaces for all individuals 3 years and older regardless of vaccination status.

The order is effective Wednesday, October 20 at 12:00 pm. The order will continue until Larimer County has met four required metrics (below) that constitute a “medium” risk score level per our Larimer County COVID-19 Dashboard for 21 consecutive days, or until it is extended, rescinded, superseded, or amended in writing by the Larimer County Public Health Director.

*We are asking that only vaccinated visitors enter Columbine Gallery due to the rise of Covid cases in the area and the added risk of the Delta Variant. Kids under 12 must wear a mask. If you are unvaccinated, please enjoy our sculpture garden and shop online. This policy will stay in effect until further notice. Please follow all CDC recommendations.
